• The next early release dates for Aiken County Public Schools are today and May 7.

• Spring break will be Monday through April 11.

• PASS testing will be administered May 7-9.

• Aiken County Public Schools next make-up day is May 26.

• Edgefield County School District will make up inclement weather days on May 26 and June 6.

• A Multi-Class Reunion for the 1952 to 1980 classes of Langley-Bath-Clearwater High School will be held Aug. 23 from 5 p.m. to midnight at the North Augusta Community Center, 495 Brookside Ave. Cost is $40 per person and dress is casual. Due to limited space, paid reservations must be received by June 15. Make payments payable to: The Multi-Class LBC Reunion. Mail paid reservations to The Multi-Class LBC Reunion, c/o Kathy D. • The following pupils made the 100 Book Club: Jabari Pressley, Laney Wall, Will Risse, Catie Ledford and Isabella Williams.

• The following pupils placed in the North Augusta SpringFest Coloring Art contest: kindergarten to first grade category: first place, Kendall Wilder; second place, Addison Coleman; and third place, Natalie Johnson. Second to third grades: first place, Amanda Glenn; second place, Carter Holley; and third place, Blake Burden. Fourth to fifth grades: first place, Mitchell McNeill; second place, Mayce Rice; and third place, Athena Crow.

• Registration for 4K and 5K for the 2014-15 school year will be held April 16-17 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in room 68. Bring proof of residence, the original birth certificate and shot record. Those registering for 4K should also bring proof of income.

• Donations of pants are needed in case of any accidents, rips, etc.

• The next make-up day will be held April 18. School schedules will be extended on Wednesdays to make up two additional days.

• The following pupils made the Double H Reading Club: Melany Hernandez, Savannah Walpole, Baylor Furness, Ethan Lee, Alan Rodriguez, Joseph Zeller, Morgan Reeves, Jackson Miles, Kennedi Sparks and Weston Hadden. 200 Books- Maggie Brown, Riley Hawkins and Amanda Prince.

• The following pupils placed in the North Augusta Cultural Arts Council and the North Augusta Noon Lions Club SpringFest Coloring Contest: kindergarten to first grade category: first place, Jada Printup; second place, Abbey Tierney; and third place, Andrew Baxley. Second to third grades category: first place, Caroline Shields; second place, Pepper Sauceda-Hampton; and third place, Laisha Galvan. Fourth to fifth grades: first place, Morgan Arbisi; second place, Shelby Smith; and third place, J’Nai Coach.

• Registration for 4K and 5K for the 2014-15 school year will be held April 16-17 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. To qualify for 4K, the child must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2014. To qualify for 5K, the child must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2014.

• The following pupils made the 200 Book Club: Chandler Barron, Sophia Costello and Bradley Fox. Dolphin Readers Respond Book Club: Pencil level: Savannah Padgett, Aliya Hightower and Reagan Peters; yearly goal: Brayden Rutland and Jackson Rutland.

• The following pupils placed in the North Augusta SpringFest Coloring Art Contest: kindergarten to first grade category: first place, Nallely Romero; second place, Matthew Porter; and third place, Cienna Bohman. Second and third grades: first place, Kailea Macri; second place, Dawson Ansley; and third place, Amani Williams. Fourth and fifth grade: first place, Ava Brown; second place, Rosa Christina Griffith; and third place Zykeria Valentine.

• Registration for 4K and 5K for the 2014-15 school year will be April 16-17 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. To qualify for 4K, the child must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 14. To qualify for 5K, the child must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1.

• The transition fair for rising sixth-graders will be held April 24 from 5:30 to
6:30 p.m.

• Pupils entering seventh grade are required to have the Tdap vaccine. The Department of Health and Environment Control will have a clinic at the school for current sixth graders on May 14.

• The NAMS School Improve­ment Council meets on third Mondays of each month.

• The Strawberry Festival will be April 26 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the school.

• The transition fair for rising sixth-graders will be April 24 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
