COLUMBIA - South Carolina and Georgia are working in tandem to enter a reciprocal agreement on ticketing wayward boaters, and on Feb. 18, South Carolina lawmakers moved their half of the agreement forward.

Park building broken into
The blacksmith cabin at the Living History Park was broken into on Feb. 14.
According to a North Augusta Public Safety incident report, the complainant stated that an alarm system was activated around 8 p.m.
