When I observe your handiwork
And all that you have made
I stand in awe and wonder
I truly am amazed
There are no words that can describe
The greatness of your world
For in the quietness of the night
We see a star you've hurled
We hear the roll of thunder
See lightning cross the sky
And know it's all held in your hands
Yet you hear a small child cry
And the majesty of your mountains
And the rushing roaring sea
And a tiny flower placed by a brook
That you put there for me
For all that you've created
It was mankind that was your prize
You have given us dominion
Over earth and sea and skies
So on my knees you'll find me
As I see you near and far
And in humble adoration
Oh Lord, How great thou are
