Jack-o-Lantern Jubilee will be held Saturday at Boeckh Park in Hammond's Ferry.
Organizers decided Wednesday to move the event back to its original home on Georgia Avenue because of the heavy rain recently experienced.
With sunshine in the forecast through the weekend, organizers changed their minds once more and decided to move it back to Boeckh Park.
This will be the first year the 20-year-old festival moves location.

I would rather it was on Georgia Ave.
As a vendor, electric and pavement is nice, and as a citizen that lives up the street on Georgia Ave, Its a neat event that allows us to gather downtown together, just like the old days when people gathered to shop and visit down town.
