Belvedere First Baptist

- Donations of individually wrapped candies are being collected for the annual Trunk-and-Treat to be held Saturday from 6-7:30 p.m.

- The Women's Ministry is collecting the following items for Belvedere Elementary School: hard candy, hand sanitizer and Kleenex.

- Operation Save the Children is Nov. 7. Registration is at 8:30 a.m. and the workshop is from 9-11:30 a.m. Meet to discuss how to help families in the community that do not attend church.

- Shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child are available. Please take one home and fill it with small toys, candy (no chocolate), school supplies and hygiene items. Return them to the church by Nov. 15.

Fairview Presbyterian

- A hardbound cookbook featuring about 600 church member's recipes is available for purchase. The $15 cookbook includes its own prop stand.

- The fall festival, including a Trunk-or-Treat, will be Saturday from 6-8:30 p.m. There will be food, fun, candy and games. Hot dogs, hamburgers, chips and drinks will be served.

Grace Fellowship

- The Fall Festival is today from 6-8 p.m. There will inflatables, candy and a children's costume contest. Adults will have a cake walk contest. Food will be served. Drop off candy donations in the church foyer.

Grace United Methodist

- A Spooktacular Bash will be Saturday from 8-11 p.m. in the Wesley Center. All local high school students are invited to come hang out in the haunted house, dance and eat pizza. Admission is $5 plus a canned good to donate to It's Spooky to Be Hungry.

- God's Reminder to Inspire Teen Students (G.R.I.T.S.) meets Nov. 5 at 7 a.m.

- The GIFTS Bazaar will be Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Wesley Center. Quilts, baby blankets, coaster sets, trivets, tote bags, plant hangers, aprons, scrub pads, hats and more will be sold.

- The church is collecting nativity angels to display in the window sills of the Wesley Center. Anyone with an angel to share is asked to bring it to Marianne Harlan by Nov. 20.

- The Child Development Center is selling coupon books good for buy one, get one free at many area restaurants. Cost is $10. To purchase a book, stop by the church office or call (803) 279-7528.

Mt. Transfiguration Baptist

- Hallelujah Night is Saturday at 6 p.m. There will be games, food and a variety of activities for all ages.
