Quilt show to be held at Riverview Park

Quilting Across the Ages will be held at the North Augusta Activities Center Friday and Saturday.

More than 200 quilts will be displayed and quilt and sewing vendors will be on hand.

Admission is $5. Children ages 12 and under are free.

The Pieceful Hearts Quilt Exhibit, which features this weekend's artists, will be displayed at the Arts and Heritage Center through Nov. 21.

The quilt show will be held from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

County records could go online

Aiken County citizens could have access to the county's financial records online this month.

The Aiken County Council's administrative committee will review an online financial reporting policy presented by the finance department.

If the committee moves the policy to the full council, it will be voted on at the Oct. 20 meeting.
