Indian artifacts stolen from the Beech Island Historical Society two weeks ago were recovered this weekend at a flea market in Augusta.
According to the Aiken County Sheriff's Office, an elderly man purchased the collection Saturday for $500 from two men selling the items at the Old 56 Flea Market.
The unidentified man arranged to turn over the collection to an Aiken County employee.
