North Augusta Today

Heritage Council of North Augusta will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the North Augusta Community Center. Guest speaker will be Milledge Murray.
Murray was born in Augusta and moved to Augusta at age 5.
He has been a member of the Beech Island Agriculture Club and the Beech Island Historical Society. He has traced his roots back to pre-Revolution times and is the direct descendant of an Indian trader.
Murray is interested in North Augusta and Augusta history, early baseball history, family history and golf.
He will share his postcard collection as well.
The presentation is free and refreshments will be served.
