How do you feel about the North Augusta smoking ban?
"I think it should be a ban, especially in restaurants, because they devote an area for smokers and it takes up a lot of unnecessary seats. It's their choice if they want to harm their lungs, but we should not be hurt by their second-hand smoke. If they want to harm themselves, step out and do it. I've noticed that people who smoke don't smoke inside their homes, so it shouldn't be an inconvenience for them to step outside a restaurant and take a smoke." -- Tomya Coley
"Parts of it I do agree with. The only part I don't agree with is if we're all confined to an outdoor place, there should be a particular section set aside (for smoking)." -- David Piercy
"I think it's good. I think everybody should be smoke-free." -- Laura Weatherford
"I'm totally against smoking because it's unhealthy. I think it (the ban) needs to be worldwide." -- Lisa Rouse
"They shouldn't smoke at all." -- Shonta Mosley

My first car was a 1974 Dodge Dart. I got it the summer
after I graduated high school (1982). My dad brought
home a 1965 Mustang and the Dodge Dart, and asked
me which one I wanted. I, of course, said the Mustang.
He responded, "Good, you can have the '74 Dodge Dart." I guess he thought I would get too wild with the
Mustang. Ginger Reese
Mine was a 1993 Pontiac Grand Am, white. I had it from 2000-2006. The best thing about it was the engine. When it rained the seats and floor boards filled up with water, but that engine just kept on going. Needless to say, I had to find a new dry ride to work.
I had a 1989 Oldsmobile. My friends called it Blue and I could pile at least 10 people in the old thing for USC football games. It definitely left me stranded a few times, the muffler fell off and the driver door eventually quit closing. But, it only cost $500 so I got my money out of it in the four years I drove it.
