The North Augusta Business and Community Expo will be held Thursday from 1 to 7 p.m. at the North Augusta Community Center.
This year, it brings businesses and the community together, said Jessica Hanson, director of member services for the Greater North Augusta Chamber of Commerce.
“It will have a community-friendly feel,” said Hanson.
The free event will feature local vendors including businesses and community organizations; Play-North Augusta!; speed networking; Taste of the Town with local food vendors; and Cocktails & Connections.
The 2013 Small Business Person of the Year will also be announced during the event.
Play-North Augusta! will feature activities with Anytime Fitness, Premier Martial Arts, Family Y and the North Augusta department of Parks, Recreation and Leisure Services.
“Bring the kids and see what there is to offer,” said Hanson.
With the variety of activities taking place during the event, there is something for everyone, said Hanson.
“I want everyone to come out and enjoy,” she said.
