• A study series about God’s creation is held from 2 to 4 p.m. every third Sunday for children ages 12 and younger. Refreshments are provided.

Fairview Presbyterian
• Sandy Miller will present a Wardrobe Building Clinic, which includes a trunk show of her creations and the opportunity to purchase fabrics, patterns and notions sold by Cutting Line Designs, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday.
Miller has more than 50 years of sewing experience. The event costs $45 for American Sewing Guild members and $50 for nonmembers.
A lunch of soup, salad, dessert and beverage will be served.

• Volunteers are needed at the front desk to answer the phone and work in the nursery.
• Recovery By Grace meets at 6 p.m. Thursdays in the Cokesbury classroom downstairs in the Wesley center.
The class is for people dealing with grief, divorce, family conflict, domestic violence, substance abuse or other problems.
• Shrove Tuesday pancake supper is 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the youth wing.
