Art conservator Barney Lamar will be the guest speaker at the Heritage Council of North Augusta's meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
During his career he has preserved two canvases by Norman Rockwell, according to a news release.
Meetings are open to the public and are held at the North Augusta Community Center, 495 Brookside Ave. Refreshments are served.
